I've owned her since 1987 and just sailed on Lake Tahoe during the summer season. The original owner was Al Lehman from Paradise, Arizona. He purchased her new in 1978. I acquired her from a Nevada bank as a repo and that owner never got to sail her and his name is unknown.
Al and his son sailed her to Oahu, Hawaii in 1983. This is documented in the first sales brochure on page # 11. A picture of her sailing on the Sea of Cortez and brief notes of his passages are included. She is hull # 55 and was a factory finished basic Flicka built by Pacific Seacraft with Lexan ports and outboard motor mounts from the factory.
She comes with a very low hours Honda 4 stroke 7.5 horse power outboard motor. Sail inventory : 2 tanbark battened main sails, jib, storm jib, and genoa. Gelcoat in and out is stock Ivory. Boat was burglarized last year and all contents stolen except for sails. Ground tackle, radio, safety equipment, even the porta potti are missing. 2 burner Kenyon alcohol stove, and other original equipment remains. Upholstery is original and in good condition. Standing rigging, mast and boom in good condition. Comes with tandem axle EZ Loader trailer. Located in Reno , Nevada ready to be towed. Boat ready for inspection in Reno, Nevada. Clear titles on boat and trailer. If I missed anything let me know. I'm including 3 pictures of her on Tahoe and others of the boat.
That's my Australian Cattle Dog, Cody at the helm in Emerald Bay, Lake Tahoe.
